Sunday Fun-day!
We had leftover rice pancakes, but I made a new fruit topping. I used mixed berries (frozen) with apples, cinnamon and a little apple juice. It was fantastic! We also had some cantaloupe on the side.

For lunch, I had a shake, leftover risotto, and steamed broccoli.
For a snack, I had a banana and a rice cake with tahini and a handful of raw mixed nuts.
For dinner, I made the black bean soup out of Deepak Chopra's cookbook. Ryan and I didn't really love it and I don't think I would make it again. It had a very unique flavor with lots of cumin and cinnamon! Thank goodness we made some sweet potato fries, too! They have been our life-saver on this detox!
I had lots of energy to get stuff done today. I feel great and it feels good to be treating my body the way it deserves to be treated! I challenge everyone to do this to see if you would feel this great, too!
